Refund policy
All coffee sales are final. Because coffee is a perishable product (like food), we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee beans once they’ve left our shop.
Returns are accepted only for merchandise and other physical products (such as mugs, apparel, or accessories) within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags or packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
