Altitude: 1250 - 1380 m
Variety: Geisha
Tasting Notes: Geisha is a wild Ethiopian coffee varietal, celebrated for its delicate, fruity, and floral notes. This Costa Rican Geisha is Honey processed using a Carbonic Maceration method—fermented in airtight drums for three days. The result? A smooth, syrupy body with a sweet, almost liqueur-like flavour.
