El Dragón is a small-batch Mexican microlot with a name that comes from the axolotl — the legendary “water monster” that looks like it’s smiling at you. This natural-processed lot brings a smooth body, gentle sweetness, and just the right touch of fruit from drying the whole cherry in the sun.
