Mexico Tierra de Reinas – Natural Shade-Grown Microlot
This coffee comes from Xonotzintla, a mountain village in Veracruz known as the Land of the Queens. The farms here are small, traditional, and fully shaded by native forest. That canopy slows down ripening, gives the cherries more time to build sweetness, and keeps the local ecosystem alive and well.
This microlot is dried naturally with the fruit still on, which brings out the deep fruity notes and keeps the texture silky and smooth. It’s the kind of coffee that feels both comforting and exciting, familiar sweetness with a little wild edge.
